#Where to get caddies?

I know this has been asked and answered a thousand times, but… Where can
one go to pick up extra caddies. I remember seeing a couple of dealer
numbers floating around, but they apparently scrolled off.

Try the Bureau of Electronic Publishing at 800-828-4766. I just got some
caddies at a special price of $35 for each box of five.

Greg, when I ordered about 2+ weeks ago from the Bureau they "reluctantly"
extended the 5/$35 price after quoting $10 each for a quantity of 10.
Shipping & Handling is $5 for each unit (5 caddies) of your order. Read
"excessive" in my book, but then I editorialize a bunch! Recently received
the order, and I discovered the inclusion of a $99 special they were
touting and that I declined three or four times during their pitch. They,
of coursese , agreed to its return posthaste althouogh there was some
gentle pressure to leave the money on-account for future purchases, a novel
idea. Oh, and at these prices you don't even get labels for the caddies.

If you order 10 you get them for 5.50 each. The ten pack is $55. Good
