Martin,
You were supposed to let me know about getting me the latest version of
Dir Opus. I am one version behind. The newer version came out shortly
after I purchased the program. Also, I am on the automatic upgrade list
and I reported the printing bug which the newer version fixed.
You made excuses before as to why I had not automatically received the
update, even though I signed up for the auto-upgrade program. However,
it's been almost one month since you said you'd let me know about a free
upgrade, and yet I haven't heard from you or anyone else from your
company.
What gives? Do I get the free upgrade or not?

Dominick, I specifically requested the Dallas office to send the 3.41
version to you, just after we exchanged messages on the subject. I will
have to ask about it again. Sorry, but I am not actually in that office
anymore.
