What isthe phone # and address for Hard Drives International? My company
is interested in purchasing a CD-Rom, and the Texel is looking really good.
Now I just need to find the right place to buy it. Does HDI have a solid
reputation in terms of customer support, etc.?

I heard of problems with Dirt Cheap Drives, plus I think they're a
garage-type operation (run from their house) and pretty new. I ordered from
Hard Drives International since they've been around much longer, I've done
business with them before, and they sold a bundled kit that is exactly what
I wanted (Texel drive, etc). They are in the back of PC Magazine, you can
see their prices and info in that ad. Their number is 800-927-3187 and ask
for Rick Hartley at x421, maybe you can still get the deal that I
negotiated with them ($30 off) if you mention my name to Rick. Their
reputation for support is good, they even have Saturday hours! Let me know
how you make out. Where are you located? Your name sounds familiar.
