Does anyone know where I could find some algorithms or source code
examples for creating 3D beziers. Creating a single 2D bezier curve
is fairly easy but I haven't been able to generate a 3D patch. I've
checked out the source code examples from Graphics Gems I, II, & III
but I haven't found what I'm looking for. Any help would be
appreciated.
