I have been on CIS about a year and a half. When I logged into the library here
the other day I noticed that library 17 no longer appeared in my list of
librarys. When I typed it in it said that I was not authorized to access that
library. I have not downloaded anything from there in a long time anyway but I
was curious as to the reason for that.
