I built an .SXP under IPAS 2 which has both color (text) and opacity (opaq) data. When I run it under r3, the color is ok but the opacity entry is never called. Why????? and what can I do to fix it. Thanks

All of our IPAS routines that we built for R2 worked perfectly in R3, so I can't imagine what's happening with your sxp. Probably the best thing to do is to wait till Jonas and the Autodesk crew get back from their break (on 1/3) and send them the source code to take a look at. – G

I did contact Yonas and he verified the problem. Works fine with text but does not call the opacity routine at all….

If so, I'm sure we'll be discussing it after he gets back from the Autodesk holiday break (in early January). – G

However, as it usually happens, I have a project due by 30 Dec which requires the opacity function for the .sxp which I wrote and worked correctly under r2. Help would be appreciated. Merry Christmas….Don

My first suggestion would be for you to use R2 to get it done, since this week is pretty much a total wash for getting anything done around here (everyone is on vacation). – G

I am using Watcom C. The checkerboard SXP that comes with R3 is ok, but some of the others dont work in opacity according to Yonas. I ran the fixipas.exe but did not solve the problem on my .sxp. Any help would be appreciated. This only happens when a deadline looms.
