The Generic P9000 drivers that ship with Windows NT 3.5 support the Viper VLB and the Viper PCI driver that ships with it supports the Viper PCI. Have you tried either of these drivers? –Wayne Johnson Diamond Multimmedia Systems' ES Dept.

Hi Wayne, the P9000 appears to work fine. I thought that you may come up with your own that would be tailored for the Viper VLB and therefore more efficient. Thanks for your reply. Al

The P9000 drivers take advantage of the accelerated features of the card. I do not know if a Viper specific driver would inrease performance. –Wayne Johnson Diamond Multimmedia Systems' ES Dept.
