Please help. I just bought flame IPAS and when I network render just a fire assigned to an axp-box that came with the software I get many error messages in the message log. It says: "Flame.axp no secondaty motion data for object axp-box000", next line "object axp_box000 may render incorrectly. The files are different sizes but under file info they are all 640 by 480 with the same aspect ratio. I bought this for especially for a client who requested that I have fire in a certain animation that I am doing for him and it is due very soon. Pleas let me know what's wrong. Thank you

<< It says: "Flame.axp no secondaty motion data for object axp-box000" >> Have you seen pg 82 of the Yost Boutique #6 reference manual yet? Also, I believe that flame has been updated. You may want to contact your dealer for a possible upgrade. Schreiber sent out updates in August.

Hi William, <<"Flame.axp no secondaty motion data for object axp-box000", next line "object axp_box000 may render incorrectly. >> When FLAME does it's thing, it gives secondary motion to the flames — so if you have a moving flame source, the flames will appear to be trailing the source as it happens for real. Anytime you move, rotate, scale, etc a flame axp box you MUST re-enter the Flame dialog box thru object attributes (IN THE KEYFRAMER) and hit OK. it will then give you a message "storing secondary motion data" and that error you got will not be there come rendering time.

In addition to what Jonas and Kyle said, I'm assuming that you're using flame version 1.01 (not version 1.0). If that's correct, follow their advice and you'll be fine.
