#Too many Faces..Aborting
3 messages in this thread
Hi jonas.
I want to create an object using FRACT.PXP and when I choose "OK"
i am getting A message "Too Many Faces For 3D-STUDIO, Aborting"
I searched the file 3DS.SET and I couldn't find any place to increase
the number of faces.
With thanks
Sus.
P.S.
I have three other Q.
1. Is there a library for scripts that I can DL from (Or buy) ?
2. Where can I get a list of all the availible IPASES for rel. 3 and 4?
3. If there is a new version of Ipases that I bought (for exmpale Disk 6)
How do I know about them And how do I get them"
With a lot of thanks.
Sus.

3DS has a 64K face/vertice limit. There is no way to increase this.

Keep watching the scripts message and library area.

Good question. The following files are a start. I've heard that there are 200
IPAS routines world wide but we do not have a list of all of them in the libs.

Contact your dealer regarding possible updates. Disk #6 was updated in August
94 with respect to secondary motion data. If you bought yours before August….
