#Termite anyone???

Hi Dale,
I have just bought Termite at the World Of Amiga Show in the UK today. Did
you have any trouble with the installation because I installed it on my
A4000/30 and when I double click the Termite icon I get the message
"Unable to find your tool Termite". Any suggestions as to what I may have
done wrong?

I don't recall any such problems, but you probably have a slightly different
(i.e., more recent) version than I do.
You'll have to look around the contents of the relevant directories on your HD
to see what has gone wrong.
Or try reinstalling and see if it works better the second time around.
I've tried installing it twice and also running it directly from the
original disk without success. Also I have looked at what is happening
using Snoopdos 3.0 (an excellent program) which indicates that the system
is carrying out a Load Termite process which is failing. I have also tried
running termite from the shell and get the error message "termite: file is
not executable". I do not know whether this is a valid thing to do or not.
I think I will have to give the UK distributer a ring on Monday to see
what they say.
