#Western Digital card
5 messages in this thread
There are some Western Digital chipsets supported in the Vibrant drivers –
PVGA1, 90C00, 90C11, 90C30, 90C31, & 90C33. Try running MSD.EXE to see if it
reports the chipset on your card.
Let us know if this works out! Good luck.
Hi Nik!
Thanks for the comeback. Actually I haven't put the board in the computer yet
as it's this computer!
My problem is I've got to take the board back out it it doesn't work and
reinstall the old one every time I want to use this machine for BBS's or CIS,
therefore I'm trying to get all this lined up before I start operating on this
older machine. <g>
I have the luxury of actually looking at the board.
the Western Digital Chipset smack dab in the middle of the board is stamped
with: WDC
WD90C30-LR
00-02 9305 B
26910A1-3501
01
There is another chip on board that is just stamped "VGA"
and One more with: Winbond
W82c487-80
251QAF922E1
There's one MB on Board and a few other IC's but that's the important stuff.

I'm pretty sure the 3DS Vibrant Drivers will work based on what you just told
me however I still need the Windows Drivers because I have to be at 1024 X 768.
Thanks! Murph'

You can download a set of Windows drivers for this chipset if you GO MSL. Or
let me know, and I'll email them to you.
John
John I haven't had much luck trying to navigate the MSL as I'm not sure what
Acronyms I need to do the search. I tried "Western Digital" also "Drivers" and
got nowhere.
I'd be very greatful if you could E-Mail those to me.
Thank you Very Much.
