Do you get the same behavior when trying this in a stipped environment? That
means editing your Conifg.sys and Autoexec.bat so only FILES, BUFFERS, PROMPT
and MOUSE are being loaded. In that configuration, does the problem still
exist?

Odd.. everything is working okay now. I don't know what was wrong but this
morning I was able to load everything fine, even the Windows problem is gone.

Yeah, from San Antonio, spent about 11 years there. I've been to Austin a few
times, 6th street, hippie hill (is that right?). I love the countryside in
Austin, would love to live there, almost as much as I like Oregon. Maybe I'll
make it back someday 🙂
