The answer here is: it depends. Usually she's on-line here and would jump
right in, but I know that they are in the process of moving their entire
corporate offices this week, so things are no doubt in a turmoil. Her new phone
number is 415-507-6403. She is the manager of the entire CE&T department, but
also fields questions on the ATC's.
You might also try Gloria Bastidas at 415-507-6406. She heads up much of the
ATC Operations.
