Hi Dov,
Although no one chimed in from the medical side of things, there is a file
in the Take 5 section of the library called 3drate.zip, I believe. Search for
keyword rates and you'll find it. Might be a good starting place for you.

Sorry, can't help on this as we work entirely on Federal grants at this point.
I would like to hear the answer/s to that question myself, because I'd like to
do a bit of freelancing on interesting projects if I can wring a little more
