TO ALL: Does anyone know of a seamless tex map of the moon any place on CI$ or
INTERNET? Must be at least 640×320. How about other planet (Jupiter, Mars,
Etc.). Thank you for your time.

To obtain NASA and JPL Slide Photos
You need to call:
Finley Holiday Films (310) 945-3325
You can get images ONLY in slide form. You will have to deal with scanning them
or putting them on Photo CD yourself.
JPL Slides
Sold in sets of 20 slides @ $6.95 (each set) + Shipping
NASA Slides
You will need to request a catalog. The slides are ordered and sold
individually by #.
Once you buy the slides – they are YOURS royalty free, there is no liscensing
or copyright junk to deal with either.
The only thing to be cautious of is not to misrepresent the images, by saying
that they're something they're not.

Kyle: Thanks for your e-mail on NASA & JPL photos. Are these rectangular
projection maps of the planets? I'm trying to map these images on a sphere in
3D studio with SPHERICAL mapping and as you know they must be seamless for the
illusion to hold. Any thoughts?
