#Video Capture on NT

I am looking for a Video Capture board / software that runs under Windows NT
roughly equivalent to Creative Labs Video Blaster RT300. Any one know of
any?
Also, is there a good source that explains how to integrate audio into Mpeg-1
files (sychronized)? Software?

Happy holidays. I can't help, but would be very interested in knowing how your
progress. We're considering the migration to Windows NT ourselves, and the Miro
board we're looking at generates MPEG-1 files, so we too want to know more
about synchronizing audio with it, whether 16-bit or 32-bit Windows.

Which Miro board you have ? I wasn't aware they had a Mpeg board already. Sure
it's no M-Jpeg ?
I have since found out:
1. It is best to capture video to M-JPEG so that one can edit each frame.
2. The board(s) I am now looking at come from Video Logic but I have not yet
done any serious research yet.
3. A program called Xing It or something will convert M-JPEG to MPEG.
I will update the group when I get time to research this more next month.

I am not aware of any boards that have NT drivers as of yet, however, that
does not mean that they do not exist. I take it you have ISA expansion
bus connectors in the NT box that you are using? Another option you may
have is to network a clone running Windows to the NT box and stick your
capture card in there. Welcome to the forum, David!
