Hi Bob, >>>I have not used Inscriber, but would be interested in hearing from those who have.<<< OK for my hubble opinion on Inscriber for VM here it is…..BUY IT, BUY IT, BUY IT!!!!!! You will not find a graphic program that will even come close to the output of Iscriber for CG work. I used Corel before geting Inscriber and there is no comparison. ( you cant tell that I like it can ya ???) You can load .TGA files as backgrounds and I do this alot. I will create a background in Imagine and then lay text over a nice 3-D image. It is also nice if you want to lay a simple title over video. No more seting alpha chanels for the background collor. Just click one button and the background is trasperent. Regards, Michael W. >>Inscriber<< Thanks, Michael, for the info. Is Inscriber able to output TT fonts so that you don't end up with the jaggies ala Corel? Bob

Hi Bob, >>>Is Inscriber able to output TT fonts so that you don't end up with the jaggies ala Corel?<<< Yes it does. But instead of using the font as a True Type it converts it into a propiortary format known as .ITF ( Inscriber type font ) first. It takes about 30 secdonds per font to convert, and once it is done you don't need to do it again. Regards, Michael W. Towe Falcon Video Productions Santee Ca.
