Gosh, I am so sick about this spline thing that I am about calling the forum police. OK, so you have been complaining, discussing, shouthing and asking Jonas for email since the release of R4 but– well, I don't want to sound insolent at all but I am pretty tired about the multiple threads that have arrised from this subject. Note that I am not asking anyone to stop discussing (HA!) but just to take a little care about replying at their own pace and will and making a call to keep replies in a single thread, so it the topic itself could be easier to track for people who are still interested on it (and avoid -for people like me and many others). This is not a petition nor a wish, but you can consider it a call to keep things simpler and logical in the forum. Of course I don't have any authority on this forum, but some sort of order in the discussions is good to anyone. Does this make sense to anyone? Anyone with me? <g> Please, don't send obscene email, ok? ana /krazy images

Ana, << Anyone with me? >> Yea. I retrieved one thread last week that had about 15 people requesting the announcement from Jonas. I mean come on! Mark

>> I am pretty tired about the multiple threads that have arrised from this subject.<< But you started another! 🙂 "Enough Splines"… but there is no spline modeler in R4… how can you have had enough splines? <g> >> Please, don't send obscene email, ok? << Then leave your home phone # so I can leave an obscene message. Dear Paul, Yes, I have started a new thread. You know, this is like dadaism. They argued with their work the innability of the human being to communicate but in the process they used language, the same language they wanted to destroy. If you have read Ionesco or see any Duchamps you know what I am talking about. It is like the ultimate oxymoron <g> And yes, there are no splines in r4. So what? It is a free market! (don't reply that, please). Seriously, enough of this, please. ana /krazy images

<<Does this make sense to anyone? Anyone with me? <g> >> sure… Maybe Autodesk should adopt a policy of not discussing the features of any future releases …

At the risk of falling again in the classic debate, I think that Adesk could announce whatever they want and then trash it if they think they should send it to hell. I won't be tired of saying that this is a free market and if people are not happy with the new features, just forget about it. If people want splines, get another program or wait until the next or the next or whatever release or whatever IPAS. If you go to any gaming forum in CIS you will see a lot of "you said that this game would have this feature!" kind of cryings. I thought that we all were adults here but recent threads have demonstrated me that the "It is always someone else FAULT!" battle cry is common across all the social segments in the US, not only filling the courts with al sorts of stupid cases but also saturating all kind of media with zillions of bizantine discussions and senseless complains. Still, I can't realize where people find the time to complain so much. Live and left die. Merry and happy whatever, ana /krazy images
