I tried to use AAPro last night for the first time in ages. I've had quite a few hardware upgrades since I last used AAPro including more RAM, new floppy, hardrive, controller card, and cpu upgrade from 386-25 to Cyrix 486DRX2. AAPro returns the following error message when I try to start: Abnormal Program Termination: Illeagal Instruction CS:EIP=F000h:0000D55fh What does this indicate ? Pharlap problem with the Cyrix perhaps ? Any quick fixes likly to work such as re-install the program so it can configure itself and recognize the changes I've made ? Thanks in advance. Bruce N. Bruce, Seasoned Greetings and Happy Holidays. You ever land a new writing assignment? I'm wondering if you'd be interested in a writing / editing gig. Maybe part of a team. No lazy editors allowed. <G> "Said the Duke of Gloucester to Edward Gibbon upon the publication of his "Decline and Fall": `Another damned fat book, eh, Mr. Gibbon? Back at 'ya with the happy new year and holiday season stuff. For now I'm still mainly stuck with low pay and no respect at TV Technology, plus high pay and even less respect at KLCS-TV. The search continues. What exactly did you have in mind ?
