Can someone recommend a cheap video capture board for my Gateway P5-100 running
windows?
I'd like to capture still video frames from Beta, 3/4 and VHS to use in Word
for Windows storyboards.
What about the Tiger Software advertised $99 CAPTIVATOR?
I can heartily recommend the Intel Smart Video Recorder Pro. I
describe it and other such PC and Mac capture cards in my book "How
to Digitize Video" published by John Wiley (actually I review the
non-Pro model, but the Pro is just better).
