What are you referring to here? If it's about the Sunday night CO with Dan,
he's on vacation and wouldn't be back until the 19th (tomorrow). If not, what
do you know that we don't?

Well, I'm back from vacation and must say am quite disappointed that I
haven't missed a thing. I thought there was a good possibility that this would
be wrapped up in time for Christmas.
As others have, I talked with Alex Amor today. I must say he seemed on
the brink of throwing in the towel. He said, as I guess was reported here, that
he has sent a proposal to the liquidator and creditors, and basically said,
take it or leave it. He thinks they are all playing games. He wants to get
the thing resolved, but says his backers are getting mighty impatient. He was
unusually down, for Alex, but said if they don't take his offer this week,
there is a good chance he will walk away from the whole thing and let C=UK have
it if they still want it. His mood might brighten, but he did seem very
discouraged. He said the liquidators would be meeting Tuesday with the
creditors to discuss what to do.
