Well I hope Alex hangs in there and is able to work something out with the
liquidator. Almost sounds like the liquidator is almost as incompetant as
the 2 jokers that got CBM into this mess in the first place. I wonder if
Mehdi Ali had anything to do with hiring the liquidator <g>.

I am like the three brass monkeys on this, but I wonder if there is
any truth to the rumor that Mehdi was hired as a "consultant" by the
liquidators? Ghastly rumors have come out of this deal. Tom

I belive he was for a while, but not very long.
If they hired Ali, must likely was the lawers, they love to drag
things around. By the time this is done 95% of the purchase of CBM
would be lawers expenses

Tom, at this point in time I wouldn't be surprised by anything <g>. This
whole liquidation mess is really depressing and would be comical if it
wasn't so sad <g>.
