Help nearly all the files in this forum use a compression utlity that I cant seem to get to un compress. My current utility seems way out of date. I keep getting the message 'you may need a newer version' -Lh5-?? Any ideas? Joe

Joe, The current LHA compression program can be found here in the COMPRESSOR section of this forum. It can be found under LHA138.RUN and is a self-extracting program. Hope this helps. Trent One of the "Frozen Chosen"

Thanks Trent, I Downloaded that one and it can uncompress the -Lh5- files I have. (sigh)

JOe, look in Library 14 for LHA138.RUN. It seems to work well on everything here, and it is a self-dissolving archive. Just put it in the directory where you want it to be, make that directory your current directory, and then type LHA138.RUN. It will unpack itself, giving you the LHA file and the documentation. —Betty
