#PAR External Sync !!!

I have trouble making my PAR output sync with the house syncsignal! I have
connected the sync cable to the Genlock video input, and terminated the Genlock
loop throuhg. Then I switched from Internal to external genlock under the PREFS
function button but nothing happens.
Have I forgotten something?

Sounds like you are doing everything properly. What I found, though, is that
sometimes you need to switch from internal to external, then back to internal,
then external to get it to see the external sync.
Either that or set it to external, exit the program, and cold boot your
computer to have it recognize the external sync next time you init the board.

We have tried to switch from Internal to External back and forth, nothing
happens. We have also tried the coldboot with the switch set to external, still
nothing.
I used the same house sync for my TrueVista PRO and it genlocks ok. I will
phone my distributor today, trying to figure something out.
If you or someone else have any idea please write!!
