Thanks again for the ideas. Unfortunately, I have no desire to do any
committee work with Kevin again. Sanford and I are working on the charter.
Perhaps you and/or someone else would like to come up with some suggested
guidelines (or lack of <g>) that we could all ponder and vote on?

It would seem that anything short of current ASOFT policy would be
inappropriate. I'm not sure that any other policy would be more manageable
under a variety of circumstances. Unfortuneate but true. If anyone else has any
ideas, I'm sure they'd be welcome.
