I may be asking this in the wrong forum, but how do I turn off the executive
option on my userid? I'm tired of being charged $10 a month for nothing. Any
help will be appreciated.

Andrew, you're only charged if you don't use $10 worth of time a month. (BTW,
I thought it was $5). The advantage is if you buy any products thru CIS (eg.
GO ORDER) you get a 10% discount).
Anyway, as Don said FEEDBACK will tell you how to have it turned off.
