In order to view the pictures in that file, you must have a HAM-E device which is sold by Black Belt Systems. They have a section over in AmigaVendor. Steve

Those pictures for HAM-E, can they be converted using TAD? I was wondering about HAM-E pictures since I have see a few on boards. Thanks.

You can use the CONVERT program (Located in AmigaVendor, LIB 6, CVT.LZH) to take those HAM-E images and convert them to IFF 24 bit images, then use TAD to do what you like with them. –>Steve Bennett

You cannot convert HAM-E images directly with TAD (ADPro)… right now. (ASDG is said to be coming out with a loader for HAM-E images soon, tho) But you can view HAM-E images by using the 'Convert' program, available in the Black Belt Systems library in AmigaVendor. 'Convert' will make the HAM-E image into 24bit, which can then be converted via TAD (ADPro). Roundabout, but it works. (but you won't end up seeing the HAM-E 256/262,000 color image, just a 32/HAM color image (naturally)) –jp–seattle–

You can use Convert (in Black Belt's library in AmigaVendor) to convert it to 24 bit IFF, and then use TAD to convert it to HAM. Steve
