If someone can tell me where FFV fits I'll probably be able to tell you if
it fits. Had the 2500 apart so often lately I don't even turn the lights on
any more. :> One more note on the Grapevine Group; got the rebate check
back yesterday, so they are straight with that also.

FFV plugs into the Denise socket. I'm hoping either it doesn't conflict
with the MegAchip or that there is a simple workaround.
Bad news, the MegaChip goes right over Denise. Unless DKB does a redesign
or FFV is EXTREMELY short, I wouldn't look for a quick fix. How does the
2320 work, same way? (If so it sure ends my confusion about which flicker
fixer to get.)

The 2320 goes in the video slot. So if you are not planing to use that
slot for any video gear you are OK, I believe.
I wonder if using an extra socket between MegaChip and the Agnes slocket
would giv the vertical clearance. I have a 4500 rpm fan that runs 32 cfm
of air throughg th box so thermal problems hopefully would be averted. Any
thoughts on this approach?

Sorry, but I have no idea how much clearance the FFV would need. The 5 1/4
drive bay goes right over it so you're limited in any case. (At least I
think it does, one part or another of that bridge goes over it.) Thanks for
the info on the 2320 board. Looks like it may be the only way to go with
the MegaChip installed. (By the way, how do you keep any paper on your desk
with that fan? :>)

The fan was facing the window – ruffled the curtains all the time – cats
loved it. Today I just replaced it with a cheapy radio shack 2700rpm
27cufm jobby that whispers. Now amy doesn't sound like a 727 on a take-off
roll.

How much is the rebate?
$45 is what they gave me, depends on how much damage you do getting it out.
(It's easy to trash the chip, they come out HARD)
