I beginning to get a little upset with the PPage upgrade. I called in my
order in early to mid-December and have yet to receive it. I understand
that there were some problems with the early version, so I didn't really
mind waiting.
However, today I got my credit card statement and guess what Canadian
software house has a charge on 1/23/91? I don't minding waiting, but I
object strongly to being billed before the product is shipped! (I realize
that Texas is a long way from Canada, but 3 weeks is plenty of time for the
upgrade to gotten here unless it was shipped by carrier turtle.) Les Clark
