Does anyone have the technical specs for a Quantum Pro105S? I just got one mail order and the stupid place didnt include anything from the manufacturer. Hard to write a mountlist entry if you dont know how many heads, cylinders, etc its got. Thanks, Paul

If you have a Supra controller, the software will take care of all that for you. The Trumpcard utilities will be more than happy to write you a mountlist. Beyond that, I'm sorry, but I don't have specs. A little warning tho, the physical parameters are meaningless, the Quantum drives themselves lie about those. The tech specs will list the _logical_ specs for cyls, heads, and sectors. (In the Quantum drives, there are more sectors on the outer tracks than on the inner ones.)

Thanks. I got it working by specifying 8 heads, 825 cyl and 31 blocks per. I get 101MB this way, not quite 105MB but good enough for me. I got an old fashioned 2090 card (an old one).
