I'm selling the following Amiga system and software. The hardware will not be sold separately unless I can find buyers for all the parts. I would consider reasonable offers to sell any software separately. The asking price for the complete system and software is $1200. Contact me by phone at 703-823-6742 or by EMAIL with questions or to make an offer. All software is original and will include a letter transferring rights. The system includes an Amiga 1000, modified to use the 1.3 ROM (It could also be modified to use the 2.0 ROM or to use Kickstart in RAM). It comes with a Xetec Hard Disk interface (which allows autobooting) and RAM expansion device, which holds up to 8 Megabytes of RAM. It comes with a 48 Megabyte Seagate Hard Disk and 2.5 Megabytes of RAM. It also includes an Amiga 1080 color RGB monitor and MIDI interface. The following software is included with the computer. Productivity Software: WordPerfect; WordPerfect Library ; Lattice C 5.04, with the following books: ("Mapping the Amiga"; "Inside the Amiga with C"; "Rom Kernal Manual: Libraries and Devices"; "Rom Kernal Manual: Includes and Autodocs"); Maxiplan Plus, Superbase Personal, The Director Utilities: Marauder II (copy program); RawCopy (copy program); BAD (disk optimizer); GOMF (Error Trapper); Grabbit (Screen Dump); Cross DOS (IBM disk reader); FACC II (Floppy accelerator) Music Programs: Copyist DTP: (music printing); Music-X MIDI Sequencer; Synthia; Deluxe Music; DX-Heaven ED/LIB; Proteus ED/LIB; Instant Music Games: [continued in the reply]

Even though you are also selling some old software, just yesterday someone here was also selling an A1000 for $300. They don't really have much resale value. Just thought you'd like to know what the going price for an A1000 is here.

Dom, Yes but I'm also including a 48 Meg hard drive, 2 Megs of memory, and a monitor as well as the 1000. (As well as an external drive). That, along with all the software is a pretty good package. You're right that it's slightly over-priced. I'd listen to offers in the $800-$900 range.
