Frank, I've also read that French marigolds will eradicate nematodes if the
infested area is thickly planted with the marigolds for an entire season.
I've never tried it, just something I'd read.

Research has been done on that and I believe it is only Mexican margiolds,
which is a slightly different species that has a noticeable alleopathic
effect on the nematodes.
Anybody else on this one. Jeff Ball ought to have an opinion…he designed
a plant seed mix a few years ago called "Border Patrol"…
