I am interested in the technical aspects of compost… have done some research on it… especially risks associated with recycling toxic materials and pathogens. How do I find out if anyone else in the forum is also interested in this area? Jon

Jon….you might try listing your composting interests in the member directory. Of course, leaving this message should get you some responses. I would be interested in knowing about your research. I normally avoid adding materials to my compost where I know they have been exposed to toxics of any kind. I look forward to the discussion. Howard

I'm interested, but don't know much about that aspect…I'm interested because I would like to find out what you uncover….

Jon Reid, I've written a book about compost and expect to do another next year. I am very interested in the whole area of composting toxic materials. I've suspected for years that compost, hot and active, can do some miraculous things with toxic chemcial disposal. What kind of research are you doing?
