Instead of an encyclopedia, consider Information Access's "Magazine Rack"
disc. This is the most mind-bogglingly useful tool I've ever come across.
What it consists of is the full text of three hundred magazine titles
spanning November, 1989 to January, 1991 (a newer version of it is in
production). I've had this disc since August, and I cannot stump it. It
ALWAYS delivers!
The best part about it is that Information Access also maintains the
Magazine Databases series here on CIS. Therefore, if you find a search
routine that gets you high-quality "hits" on the disc, log onto CIS and use
it on CIS. The online MAGRACK lags "real-time" by only a month.
All this, and it costs a mere $90.00. BUY THIS DISC!
