Back in November I sent a Byte deck card for a free intro disc. Today I received my sixth copy of the intro disc. Do we have a problem?

David, Sure, the disc is free but there is a $3.50 charge for SH/H. Just call Customer Service at 800/637-DISC. – Lupes

Would you believe…. Number 7 arrived today! 😉 For what its worth the number above my name is 3C15473 on all of them, every other one has NAUMPCARD7 on it.

Rod, I had Customer Service check your record. They found it. Apparently, your Intro request had been entered as a quasi-subscription. So, everytime that a shipment of Intros goes out (every week) you get one (until your "subscription" expires, at twelve, of course.) They promised that they corrected it! Thanks again! – Lupes
