CEO Thomas Rattigan. Rattigan is suing CBM for 9 million dollars and he
claims tha all of senior mgt has been fired also. Marlene
Marlene, looking at the QQUOTE on here, CBM stock dropped $1.5 to 10.50 this
morning.

They may decide to halt trading on CBM if it really starts dropping.
Does anyone know why he was fired?
Marlene
Marlene, go APV and check the business news. Full report there. Rattigan,
Sheppard and 4 or 5 others (Treasurer, controller, etc) went also – Maybe
that's a hint?

Bri, without having read it yet – I already figured out that it had to be
something like that…outrageous. Real question is what is going to happen to
CBM and more importantly to the Amiga???

Thomas rattigan, Nigel Shepherd, and Mike Brenner are all gone, as well as
someone high up in finance.
Latest (very reliable) rumor has Al Duncan appointed President, with Rich
McIntyre in charge of US operations. Canadians will recognize both men as
past presidents of Commodore Canada Ltd. They are both well respected
here.
In Canada, changes will see Jim Dionne (back with the company after leaving
last spring) as president, Commodore canada Ltd. Doug McGregor takes over
as National Sales Manager.
Both these men are also well respected. Jim Dionne served in top positions
in Canada, Italy, and Belgium, and is known as a decision maker.
Regards, Larry.
