Can anyone tell me what I need to consider when running multiple AutoCAD
workstations on a Novell network? I want to run 6 386s served by a 386 file
server with two plotters. Does AutoCAD support multiple stations or do I
need to buy a copy for each workstation? I understand that we would have to
reconfigure AutoCAD to output to the other plotter once it has been defined.
What is CADNET? Is it better to run for AutoCAD than Novell? Thanks for any
advice!

We do not currently support any networks with AutoCAD. However, we
know that many of our customers are using AutoCAD on a variety of
networks. I'm sure some of the other members of the Forum will be sharing
information with you about their own experiences with networks and AutoCAD.
AutoCAD is sold with a single-workstation license, so you will need
to have a registered copy of AutoCAD for each node on the network where
you intend to use AutoCAD.
