MY COLORS TO ONLY 8-BIT, IT IS CRUCIAL TO USE 16 AND 24-BIT COLOR OF
THE VIPER, PLEASE ADVISE ME.

There has been a significant amount of traffic here on the forum about this
very subject. Let me summarize…
The problem with the new vipers is related to a change in the base VGA
circuitry, NOT the P9000 accelerator. VESA is your only option until Vibrant
ships a pending update of the in-line drivers.
I know it's not very good news,
