Can you be a lillte more specific? Like what program you are using? Also, where
was the GIF created? Do you have a GIF version? Any additional info would help
us solve your problem.

Brian, I use the original Autodesk Animator and what ever gif version that
has to give. Is that version and its output rejected by your forum? What is
the problem and what is there to be specific about a simple gif pictured
rendered in Autodesk?…Val
Well,
I'm still not sure what you are trying to do. Are you saying that you have
saved a GIF image that you created in Animator, and then that same GIF file
will not load back into the same software you created it in?
Or was the GIF image created in another program and you are trying to load it
into Animator? If so, what program created the GIF file?
Please clearly state where the file came from, where you are trying to load it,
and exactly what you do in Animator before you get this error.

I just clued in on what you may be doing. You are not trying to load a picture
into Animator, you are trying upload a picture to the forum libraries. Right?
The error message you recieved means the libraries are full right now. When
this happens we clear some space, and also get more storage space from
Compuserve. If you try again later, it should work.

Brian……..ahhhhhhh…..well thank you …but later is ….can you be more
specific? As far as I know only ONE library was to be used for new
uploads…and we were told that was "What's New "

When we find out that the libraries are full, usually there is more space made
available within 24 hours. If you try your upload again, it should work. If
not, then the problem might be your communications software.
Yes, all uploads should be placed in Library 9.
