#Printek 920 driver

Am in despirate need of a driver for a Printek 920 printer. It doesn't
emulate any other printers and uses ANSI X3.64 for its command sequences.
Have tryed PrtgenDrv with no success using the the users guide. Any help
appre greatly appreciated. Please respond via Email as messages roll to

I have a Printek 920 hooked up to my IBM at work. Perhaps I could be of
some help. I do know that pin 20 on the serial connector is always high.
There is another signal on pin 11 that is high when the printer is ready or
on-line and goes low when it is off-line. Rob
I am running it parelell on the amiga. I want to be able to access the the
graphics mode but as it is the only printer out there that does'nt emulate
anything but ansi x.63 having a hard time getting a driver created for it.
Wordperfect has a driver as does lotus but the are both using it as a text
only printer. A generic driver works fine on text but a would like to be able
to take advantage of everything it has to offer( as it does haul like greased
