I have a problem with my starboard II on my A1000 I can get it to reconize 1MB
ok but go to 2MB and i get all kinds of errors i have been told i could solder
the ground pins on the AMIGA PALS to a better ground or even replace the PALS
with some new "better" brand. the question is does anyone know where the ground
pins are on the CBM PALS or do you know where i can find the "better" PALS at a
good price. thanks for the help in advance

I have a SBII that was on my 1000 until I got a 2000, at which point I
stuck it in there. I only have 1M stuffed so far. I have seen notices that you
must populate the whole board with memory chips of the same access time, such
as 150ns. Even if some chips are faster (better), apparently the difference in
access times can screw up the buss. Just thought I'd mention this in case this
has been the case on your board. You should receive other replies re: PALS from
other folks.

I just got a StarBoard II 1mb and I am having trouble loading Dungeon Master.
I did the check on the Setup disk and everything was fine. Everytime I load
Dungeon Master I get a software failure. I think Dungeon Master needs
Kickstart 1.2 but starboard uses version 1.1. Any suggestions.
