Don, according to my ibm friend it will. Assuming that it will, I was
wondering if I connected the 3.5 drive to my 1020 5.25 drive in daisy chain
if the connection would work. Since the ibm 3.5 drive has its own power
source it is possible. My question was more about how to connect a drive
to the 1020 in a logical fashion.
I will let you know if I am successful. Making up a cable to fit will be my
main problem.

Ok, then if MS-DOS can handle 3 floppies, it should daisy chain just
fine…in theory, you can daisy chain 2 (or 3 if you want for a total of 4
floppies) 1020's with the Amiga, so I don't see why not with the IBM side.

Thanks Don, I will get back to you on it. I am learning a lot about the
Amiga Bridgeboard connection. I now have a mouse for the Bridgeboard I
haven't tried it out yet. It is amazing how many of my IBM and Apple friends
are interested in the Bridgeboard. I suspect mu IBM friend is waiting for my
Amiga to blow up. He is constantly suggesting things…, but he is very
cooperative and will allow me to try out some of his equipment. I will let
you know how the mouse works with all the other stuff thats connected. I
will probably have to do somehing to speed up the Bridgeboard if I add the
mouse.

Supposedly, Orchid's Tiny Turbo 286 card will work with the
BridgeBoard. I haven't tried it, but I got a message from another member a
while back and he had. Said that it gave him an almost 5x speedup (Norton SI
rating of 4.8).

Yes Don that is correct. The Orchid Turbo 286 board will work with the
Bridgeboard with a better than AT performance. I've been using it with a
Flashcard-49 hard disk (28 ms) for all of my IBM related work and havn't
had any problems yet. B.T.W. are you doing any more articles for
Transactor? I just started another one for Amiga World (July 14
deadline). How is Transactor for timelines/pay? Maybe we should compare
notes.. Drop me a note on Easyplex.
