Let me know if you find the notes about the SetFunc at DevCon. Vic
mentioned that he was there, and that they decided it wasn't feasible to do
it safely.
BTW, I showed some artists using Photon Paint the Lens, and they actually
thought it was useful. Unlike the normal mag window on most programs, this
one actually follows the mouse as you draw. —Mike
Odd… I actually prefer it to _not_ follow the mouse for that type of
program, it seems a bit dis-orienting (I've been using it with my program).
It does have it's advantages, but with multiple bit-planes the updating
'flashes' a little bit (because of it following the mouse and
'updating/changing' large areas at one time). Maybe I'll put a toggle switch
in the my implementation…. nah, that's what multi-tasking's for <grin>
