59084 is the same as the value you would get with CDOS 3.24. Might well be the
same essential structure.
Anyway, you'll be getting Supera 2.0 very soon, and I suggest that you use it
with your Chipmunk.
By the way, don't use any of your old keysets with this new Supera.
I haven't heard of any difficulties involving Write ROM and Supera, and I
can't think of any reason there should be any.

I did receive the new Supera a few days ago; thanks.
Write ROM, I think, is a m/l program. That is why I asked if Supera
would function within it. Did you ever do anything about using Supera safely
within BASIC programs as they operate?
The supplemental docs are very helpful. I assume that they are not on
the tape. Putting them their as a help file (the summary card) would be a nice
touch.

and I took a VERY quick look at Write ROM v. 1.3 and Supera v. 2.0 as to their
functioning together. Supera's CTRL-K, ESC-1, ESC-2, and SHIFT-CTRL-F worked
just fine from within Write ROM.

include the details in the Tips file that I'm planning to upload in a week or
so.
Sysop Dave knows more about the operation of Supera and Write ROM and so I
can't add to his comments.
Keep in mind that Supera actually becomes a part of your operating system and
so in general it should work with most other software and hardware.

or do I need another update?

Design's 64K RAM?
In March '85 you posted a very useful BASIC program to save sets of
function keys to tape…does this program still work with SUPERA 2?

No, Supera 2.0 is a significantly greater upgrade than what you received
However, you are entitled to a copy of Supera 2.0, and I'll be sending it to
you.
There will be a PG Designs version of Supera as soon as I get the data I
need from Peter of PG Designs. He was supposed to get it to me last week but
nothing yet.
I'll be putting a Tips file up in the databases in a week or so, that will
contain the tape save and load routines for keysets. The earlier utilities
won't work with vers 2.0
