#Background colors

Hi,
I have a request for the next update of AM. This feature may already be
slated for the AM release or maybe its already in the current version. Is it
possible to change the background color in all of the modules to a different
color other than black. A nice grey would be easier on the eyes. This is just a
minor request. Most other packages use a grey or give the ability to change the
background color.

We use black because it's the easiest to see the spline colors on… for
instance, it would be difficult to see white on a grey background and white is
important because it means the spline is deselected… If we had a preferences
menu for the background, we'd also have to have one for the spline colors, etc,
etc. We could spend all of our time programming preferences, but we'd rather do
features….

I agree that a set of new features would be more desirable than a visual perk,
but
on the other hand: I think you will find that a color preference, is a trivial
task to implement in the Windows and Mac environment.
Never the less I'm sure if you guys reach a lull in development, you'll
consider it…
