I am interested in doing a few images using the Ted figure. I do not have much
time in playmation yet and am having difficulty in getting his mouth to open to
represent different facial figures. There are many control points in that
area. Does anyone have any tips you can give me to make the process more
bearable.
Also, I am thinking of upgrading to MA. I would like to use the decal option.
One question I have is if I apply a decal to an object, say a shere, and the
morph the spere into a different shape, will the decal morph with the sphere?
thanks

Richard, yes, Decals will morph with the sphere… that's the whole idea
behind the Decal Module.

Richard-
Whenever I do facial morphs I group the points I'll be working with and then
hide the rest. That makes it much easier to see what you're doing. As far as
actually moving the points though, that's something that just takes time to
get used to ( I'm still trying to get my characters to emulate realistic mouth
movements).
Hope that helps a little 🙂

Steve-
Thanks! I'll see to it that we post the release date in this forum. Until
then, there's always the demos in the computer art forum <g> I'm going to see
if I can send you some of the animations from it for use in your videos.

Animation for use in our video would be MOST appreciated!! BTW your demo shots
have a special place on my HD <g>
