Can PhotoMorph 2 apply a transition effect (say a simple fade in or out) to a
series of animation frames, e.g. FRAME000.TGA, FRAME001.TGA, etc. I know this
can be done with AVI files but how would I do this for other animation formats?

Unfortunately, PhotoMorph 2 requires either a single image, or an .AVI file as
input. Thus, to use frame sequences for input, they must first be converted to
an AVI file. There are several porgrams around that do this. Or you can use
PhotoMorph by using each frame as a start image in a clip, use the transition,
hold constant option, and specify 1 frame for each clip in the storyboard.
To maintain the quality of the frames, you may want to use uncompressed AVI
files.
BTW, it is a feature that is on our To Do list….
