32-bit Video for Windows (Windows NT 3.5 & Windows 95) support AND both savers
have adjustable frame rate control. The file is called HIIPUP.ZIP and is
located in our vendor library.

I did not find any flc loader from hiipup.zip.The rest all work fine except I
have to change AVISET.DLL back to AVISET16.DLL when I try to setup the
parameter otherwise the program complain could'nt find AVISET16.DLL.
The FLIC loader is simply named flic.exe and should reside in the
ereality\hiip\loaders dir. I examined the archive an the loader is there.
