#Did not get the message

I saw there is a message in my mailbox for this forum, but CompuServe "could
not get this message". Somehow I lost the message and could not get it from the
threads either. Wonder if there is a cure. I was hoping to get some ideas from
my previous posted question.

If CIS says that a message is waiting, it is there <g>. What might have happen
is that is below your High Message Number. Did you by any chance get the
message number for this wayward post?? If you did, you could go online
manually to CIS and do a
rea thr num:(put the message # here)
This should get it.
I use Tapcis to access CIS and there is a option to read waiting messages. You
might have the same option in your CIS program.
If all else fails, I'll take a look tommorrow in my message base at work and
collect everything to or from you and send it to you.

Your version of WinCIM should be updated to 1.3.1..Older versions (below 1.3)
had a bug….GO WCIMSUP and get the latest. You may have had an address, phone
or serial number in your last message which was moved to a private area.
