Not really, they are just the first ones to actually use it. The chip
basically shrinks down the image when copying it to the PC in hardware, so it
works incredibly fast, and with the smaller image size, it transfers much
faster, also.
The code is available for other developers to use, it's just that Razor is the
only one that does.
